Stelbel x Impact Studio — A Journey of Transformation

The mountains are a point of departure. A space that brings clarity, invites us to slow down, to observe, and to return to what is essential. This is where Leonardo’s practice begins: a method shaped by listening, reflection, and thoughtful action.

His approach to design starts from flawed materials — discarded textiles and imperfect fabrics. What is often considered a defect becomes, for him, an opportunity. Every limit is a new starting point, an invitation to look deeper and to restore value to what already exists. It is a conscious way of designing, one that does not hide but reveals.

Our latest Video tells this story.

A journey between workshop and landscape, between gestures and ideas, where each choice has intention and every object carries meaning. A delicate balance of research, vision, and context.

Leonardo rides our Stelbel Nina XCr, a stainless steel gravel frame built to adapt, endure, and accompany exploration. This specific Nina features a Sahara Beige fade finish, enriched with hand-applied olive green strokes and exposed natural steel details.

A Polished Deda Elementi cockpit and seatpost, a Chris King chrome headset, and the Shimano GRX Limited Edition 1x groupset complete the build.

A bicycle designed to evolve over time — just like the ideas that shape it.
