Need a new blade for your bandsaw?

This Magnate carbon tool steel blade is a solid, general-purpose option.
First thing: check your saw!
The length is 53-3/4 inches (sometimes listed as 4' 5-3/4\), the width is 1/2 inch, and it's 0.025 inches thick.
It has an 18-tooth \raker\ pattern, which is a good all-around choice for many materials.
This blade is fantastic for cutting wood, especially softer woods like pine, fir, or poplar.

But here's the cool part: you can also use it to cut certain metals.

It works great on non-ferrous stuff like aluminum, brass, and copper.
You can even cut mild steel with it, but you MUST do it at a very slow blade speed (like under 200 feet per minute) and ideally with some cutting fluid or coolant to keep things from overheating.
Trying to cut steel at high wood-cutting speeds will ruin the blade fast.

The 18-tooth pattern is best for materials about 1/8\ to 3/8\ thick.
It's made from high-quality carbon tool steel, so it stays sharp and handles tough jobs.
Always match the blade length, width, and thickness to your specific bandsaw model.
If you're not sure, measure your old blade or check your manual.
This is a single blade per package.

Whether you're a serious woodworker or a hobbyist in the garage, having a few of these reliable blades on hand is always a smart move.

They're durable, versatile, and get the job done on a ton of different projects.
